Edelbrock E-210 Cylinder Heads for Small-Block Chevy
Offer Race Performance and American Made Quality

TORRANCE, CA (August 19, 2010) - Edelbrock's new line of E-Series cylinder heads for small-block Chevy offer up to 500 naturally aspirated horsepower and even more potential in forced induction applications - right out of the box! Edelbrock's new line of E-Series cylinder heads are designed for entry-level race performance for large displacement engine, while offering high quality at an affordable price.

Manufactured in the USA, these heads are made from A356 aluminum castings that are heat treated to T-6 specifications for superior strength and quality. Features include larger than stock intake (210cc) and exhaust (62cc) ports for improved engine efficiency, resulting in more horsepower and torque. These heads gained +14 horsepower and +13 ft-lbs. of torque when compared to an overseas competitor (as tested on a 9.5:1 383ci engine). Hardened spring cups help protect long-term wear along with the Heli-Coil™ threaded inserts for exhaust flanges and rocker studs; these are the items that the lower-cost competitors leave out of their heads.

These new heads feature 3/8" rocker studs and high-quality valve springs; two different spring options are available to accommodate a variety of camshafts. The combustion chambers measure 64cc and their 2.08" intake valve and 1.60" exhaust valve combo produces excellent horsepower and torque. The intake runners and exhaust ports have been revised for increased airflow, while maintaining full compatibility with off the shelf headers and hardware. Additional qualities include manganese bronze valve guides and stainless steel valves with hardened tips. Multiple applications are available: bare (Part #5086); complete with springs that support up to 0.575" lift (Part #5085); and complete with springs that support up to 0.650" lift (Part #5087).

    Features include:
  • A356 aluminum casting heat treated to T-6 spec for strength
  • Made in the USA quality
  • Designed for race-level performance engines with full OEM compatibility
  • 210cc intake runners
  • Hardened spring cups and Heli-Coil® inserts for long-life
  • Affordably priced and sold in pairs from $699.95 (bare) and $1,139.95 (complete)
