New Chrysler 440 Victor Manifold From Edelbrock Delivers Race-Winning Performance

TORRANCE, Calif. (May 13, 2002) – Good news for racers running 413-426-440 c.i.d. Chrysler V8s: Edelbrock’s latest Victor 440 (PN 2954) has an all-new runner design that delivers maximum power from 3,500-7,500 rpm.

Edelbrock’s engineers work closely with leading engine builders to produce competition aluminum intake manifolds for race-winning performance. With superior horsepower and torque potential, the Victor 440 is a classic example of this team-driven approach to manifold design.

The single-plane Victor 440 includes nitrous bosses and is designed for square-bore carbs. For Super Stock applications, the carburetor pad includes dual bolt-hole patterns with sufficient material for conversion to a Thermo Quad carb without an adapter.

The Victor 440 manifold can be matched with Edelbrock Performer RPM Chrysler 440 aluminum cylinder heads, PN 60189 (88 cc combustion chambers) or PN 60929 (84 cc chambers) for maximum performance.
